General

Is GST included in your prices?
No. If you are ordering from within Australia you will need to add 10% GST to all prices. For orders outside Australia GST does not apply.

Do you supply your products worldwide?
Yes. All of our promotional products are available for shipment worldwide. Please note the prices quoted are in Australian dollars. Please contact us if you need a quote in another currency.

Do your prices include having our logo applied to the product?
Yes, in most cases our price includes having your logo applied to the product. Below the "Price Box" and within the "Pricing Information" tab you will see the words "Price Includes.....". This will explain if and how the product is decorated (how your logo is applied to the product).

What forms of payment do you accept?
We are happy to accept MasterCard, VISA and American Express. Acceptance of American Express cards will incur a 2% surcharge. We also accept payment by EFT and cheque. All prices are subject to change without notice. E & OE.

What imprinting methods do you use?
We use Laser Engraving, Embroidery, Screen Printing, Pad Printing and Digital/Offset Printing decoration techniques.

What forms of artwork do you need for printing of our logo?

Can my logo appear in more than one position on the product I have selected?
Multiple position decoration depends on the product selected. Many of our products can be printed, engraved or embroidered in more than one position however you will need to check with our Customer Service Team to confirm if it is possible on the product you have selected. Please be aware that our prices only include decoration in one position so you will be charged an additional amount for the extra position decoration.

My logo is usually printed in more than 1 colour - does your price include multiple colour printing?
In most circumstances our prices includes having your logo applied in 1 colour or laser engraved (tone on tone effect). Below the Price Box and within the "Pricing Information" tab you will see the words "Price Includes.....". This will indicate if the price includes more than 1 colour decoration. In the case of products that are embroidered and in the case of watches, our price does include decoration in more than 1 colour. Please note additional setup charges apply for decoration in more than 1 colour unless the product is being embroidered.

Am I able to order less than the minimum quantity stated in the price list?
The minimum quantity that we will supply is stated in the Price List and in the Product Information tab. We will NOT supply less than the minimum quantity stated.

Do your prices include freight?
Our prices do not include freight. We will advise freight costs before shipment. If you need the freight charges to be confirmed before you order please contact us for a freight quotation.
